Gopala Sawami Chief Election Commissioner of India, complaining against D.P.S Kharbanda PCS Commissioner Municipal Corporation Amritsar for the brazen violation of  model code of conduct in Amritsar  South Assembly by poll.
 

CHANDIGARH: Condemning the highhandedness and use of Police and musclemen by the Ruling Akali Dal to eliminate the Congress candidates in Zila Parishad and Block Samiti elections in Faridkot District, Congress leaders led by Avtar Singh Brar MLA(Faridkot) Vice President PPCC,  Ripjit Singh Brar MLA (Kotkapura) General Secretary PPCC and  Joginder Singh MLA(Panjgrain),  Gopal Krishan Chatrath Chairman Discipline Committee,  Bir Devinder Singh Chief Spokesman and  Pawan Goel President District Congress Committee submitted a Memorandum to the State Election Commissioner Chandigarh.
