CHANDIGARH: Rajinder Kaur Bhattal President Punjab Pradesh Congress has strongly condemned the fatal attack on  Raj Baksh of Jalalabad a senior Congress leader and President of Block Congress Committee of Congress Party who has been fighting between life and death at Dayanand Medical College Hospital Ludhiana for the last one week.
