As Incharge Environment Outreach at Panjab University, I had been trying my best to intiate a dialogue in schools, colleges, individual university departments of PU on pollution of soil,water,air, noise pollution, wastage of power in heating/cooling, paper in official communications, burning of leaves,littering of poythene & GUTKHA satchets all around and above all excessive use of scooters, cars even in small cities or within campus. |

Drinking water is a major problem in villages in Punjab. It is a welcome step to set up a grievance cell to hear problems regarding drinking water by dy CM Punjab in mohali.But issue remains the same ,will the state govt do something about the problems faced by residents. |
