Jaspal Bhatti bereaved, brother-in-law dies in accident

CHANDIGARH: Punjab�s famous artist Jaspal Bhatti was bereaved as his brother-in-law Amarjit Singh died in a road accident in Chandigarh in Thursday night.

Aged 63, Amarjit Singh was a retired government officer residing in Sector 43 Chandigarh. He received a severe head injury after being hit by a speeding motorcyclist on the road separating sectors 43 and 35.

Amarjit was rushed to the hospital but was declared brought dead.
