Mandeep Singh has not only proved to be bright prospect for Kings Xi Punjab but also seems a promising rising star for national cricket team. He has scored 432 runs in 16 matches with an average of 27. He has scored 2 half centuries in the tournament with highest score of 75.
Mandeep has also played the role of an anchor for the team when Adam Gilchrist was injured and Paul Valthaty was struggling with his form. With his exceptional performance he has become one of the strong contenders for nationaalong with Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma and Manoj Tiwary.
