##ad_1##AMRITSAR: Fire in illegal cracker factory claimed one life and left three including one female seriously injured at Azad Nagar in Chehertha locality here Sunday.

According to police, incident occurred, when some children were playing with crackers outside the illegal cracker factory, all of sudden a burning cracker fell inside the factory and with in no time fire flames engulfed the entire house wherein cracker factory was being run.

Police said that during fire incident one labour working inside the factory died and three other employees shifted to hospital with multiple burn injuries where condition of the injured was described

critical.

Police said that cracker factory was being run in the residential area clandestinely. Besides the house where the cracker factory was being operated, five adjoining houses also severely damaged due to big

cracks in roofs and walls, since the impact of the blast was quite powerful. After the incident three fire tender engines were pressed into service to get control over the fire flames.
