Punjab CM approves recruitment of 700 clerks in cooperative department
CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal Monday gave in principal approval to recruit 700 clerks in the Central Cooperative Banks across the state on the regular basis through the Punjab State Cooperative Bank.
##ad_1## Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister's office said that Mr. Badal also approved B.Com with first division as the minimum qualification for these posts of clerks and candidates with higher qualifications would be given preference.
Badal directed the Registrar Cooperatives to ask the Board of Directors of the Central Cooperative Banks to adopt resolutions to authorize the Punjab State Cooperative Bank for undertaking the recruitment process in a transparent manner.
