GOHANA: Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) president & former Haryana chief minister, Om Parkash Chautala has called upon the people to throw away the incompetent and corrupt Congress government of the state as the brave people never wait for long.

Chautala was addressing a mammoth rally on the occasion of filing of nomination papers by INLD candidate Dr K.C. Bangar at Tau Devi Lal stadium, here Friday.

INLD leader said that Gohana has been a work place of Late Chaudhary Devi Lal and due to the support of this region, he rose to the post of Prime Minister of India after being born in a simple farmer family. He said that this government has quarter to two years left in governance but everybody want to get rid of this incompetent and corrupt government at the earliest. He predicted that the prevalent loot by the government people would be stopped immediately with the win of INLD candidates in the byelections.

INLD chief said that he appointed, a son of the Gohana soil, Dr K.C. Bangar, as Vice Chancellor of University & Chairman of HPSC on the basis of his ability and competence.

Former chief minister said that the Congress party was trying to ruin the working class in a planned manner. The farmers are not getting their due prices for their produce, and inflation has made living 'difficult' of a common man, he added.

Addressing the rally, Dr Bangar said that the Congress is a two mouthed snake; Bhajan Lal is its one mouth, while Bhupender Singh Hooda is the second mouth. That snake is lying at the road in open due to the byelection, so the need of the hour is to crush the both mouths of the snake, he stressed.

Dr Bangar alleged that Hooda was ill-treating the Gohana region to settle score of his father and grand father's defeat as they had lost from there. He said that during the last three years, only 4 persons have got jobs for constables from the whole Gohana Tehsil, where as more than 35 people of Amethi & Raiberali got jobs giving false address of Sonepat district.

He said that during Congress rule not a single brick has been laid despite all the false & empty talks of Hooda's association with the area.

After the public meeting INLD candidate Dr K.C. Bangar filed nomination papers in the office of Returning Officer. INLD chief Om Parkash Chautala, INLD state president, Ashok Arora, Rajya Sabha MP Sardar Tarlochan Singh, local INLD leader, Prem Singh Malik were also present during the filing of nomination papers.
