FATEHGARH SAHIB: Six persons have been booked by police for unauthorized possession of government land.

 

On the statement of Amloh Block Development and Panchyat Officer(BDPO), the Amloh police registered a case against Paramjit Singh, Baldev Singh, Amrik Singh,  Mandeep Singh, Surjit Singh, Balwant Singh  all residents of village Majra Manna Singh Wala near Amloh under  Punjab Common Village Land Act, 1961 and 379,120 B of the IPC for their alleged possession of shamlat (common) land.
