HISAR: Bhajan Lal has no political future now & the people should choose the alternative between INLD & Congress, said INLD president & former chief minister Chaudhary Om Parkash Chautala, while addressing well attended election meetings at Koli & other villages of Adampur.

In the unique Devi Lal style of direct conversation with the audience  Chautala said that he has not come here for any formal speech but to talk to them. He asked the people whether Bhajan Lal has any political future now. The people replied in the negative. Then he asked whether Bhajan Lal's son Chander Mohan or his nephew  Dura Ram came to their village to seek vote for Bhajan Lal. The villagers replied, 'No'. Then he said, even the family members of Bhajan Lal have realized that HJC has no political future so they have also left him.

Bhajan Lal's son  Chander Mohan & nephew Dura Ram consider  Bhupinder Singh Hooda as their leader while his younger son Mr Kuldeep Bishnoi has got press statements issued from various places that now  Bhajan Lal is not physically fit so he is not fit for candidature of chief ministership, speaks loud about the sad state of affairs for  Bhajan Lal & has been left in the lurch,  Chautala added.

In the new political scenario,  Chautala is asking the voters to choose between him & Hooda as only INLD & Congress are left in the fray. When he asked people's choice on the issue, they replied that they wanted him. He also touched the people's nerve by asking about availability of water & electricity and issue of rising prices. The people said that there has been no electricity or water in the last three & half years. Chautala's magic seems to be working on the voters as he is developing direct cord with them.

Chautala took the Congress candidate & his younger brother  Ranjit Singh to task. He said that the person who stabbed his own father's back has no moral right to seek the vote in the name of him. The person, who could not be a good son, cannot be a good people representative, he said. He said that Prof Sampat Singh is his trusted & time tested ally & his political blessings are for him only.

Local INLD leaders also accompanied Chautala on Friday evening. INLD leaders were given hearty welcome during the election campaign. Many key Congress, HJC, BSP, BJP workers joined the INLD.
