PATIALA: The member parliament from Patiala and wife of Capt. Amarinder Singh Maharani Preneet Kaur today Challenged Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal to face fresh mandate in Punjab and will know the real position.

Talking to this reporter at new moti bagh palace here today she contested the claim of SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal that Congress has routed in all over Punjab. She alleged that SAD-BJP government has managed Panchyati Raj elections by using force. She said Government has used muscle power in all over state 

She sought imposition of President's rule in Punjab where, she alleged, the law and order has collapsed and the state had plunged into financial crisis. She accused the SAD government of having imposed political emergency where under activists of the Congress were being booked in "fake" cases by the police.

She alleged that Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has plunged the state into bankruptcy because of their incompetence and the common people were facing miseries.

She alleged that recent elections were badly managed by the official machinery and administration has adopting dilly-delaying tactics to release winning certificate if the person was from Congress party. Citing one of its examples she said that she herself staged dharna in Rajpura on Saturday to get certificate.

She said that Badal should not ride so high with the results of these local elections the real test of popularity will be tested in assembly or parliament elections.

Preneet two-time winner from Patiala constituency has completed nine years in the lok Sabha said that when elections will be held under the direct supervision of central election commission the picture will be different in the state. The next parliament elections that were due in next year and both the badals would know the ground realities, she added.
