Heat waves claims tourist’s life in Amritsar

AMRITSAR: Scorching heat today claimed the life of tourist Ram Parkash (80) who was here in the city for the last three days.Police said that Ram Parkash was moving in the street of old walled city, when he all of sudden complained uneasiness before the passerby due to scorching heat and immediate after he died.

Ram Parkash had come in the city from Jammu to pay obeisance at various religious places. Police has informed his relatives at Jammu.
