PATIALA : Samana MLA, Brahm Mohindra on Wednesday said that Samana Police  HAD registered fake cases against congress workers.

He said here that on June 30 it was free for SAD workers to poll in Samana municipal elections. He alleged that goons led by one police officer had captured all the polling booths by 11 in the morning on polling day and told congressmen to leave the place. 

Police has registered case of assault against congress worker Gurdeep Sharma along with 30/40 of his accomplices for assaulting ASI Lakha Singh In charge Patrolling Party.

They were charged tried to disturb the Election process at ward No.3 town & PS Samana.

The complaint was filled by on the statement of SI Amanpal Singh In charge Police Post Century Enclave PS Samana. FIR No. 149 u/s 332/353/186/148/149/171-C, IPC & 131 R.P. Act 1951 PS was registered on June 30.
