AMRITSAR: The Indian Immigration authorities at Amritsar International airport on Friday arrested a Canada based Punjabi NRI Gurjant Singh and a woman on the charges of human trafficking and impersonation.

Gurjant Singh was travelling with a woman who he claimed to be his wife Amarjit Kaur. On scruitiny it was found that the woman accompanying him was his sister-in-law Swarnjit Kaur who was travelling on passport of Amarjit Kaur. NRI and the woman were handed over to police and a case was registered against them.
