Punjab govt transfers four SSP's of Bathinda, Barnala, Batala and Jalandhar |

CHANDIGARH: Punjab government on Monday reshuffled seven IPS officers including an Inspector General and four Senior Superintendents of Police(SSP's) of Bathinda, Jalandhar, Batala and Barnala.
According an official communication, IG Parag Jain who was on long leave has been appointed IG computer and Telecommunication. SSP Bathinda Naunihal Singh has been shifted to Sangrur in same capacity. Ashish Chaudhary SP city Ludhiana has been appointed SSP Bathinda. Naresh Kumar Arora is appointed new SSP of Batala in place of R.N.Dhoke who is not given any posting yet. Shive Kumar Verma Dy Director indoor Phillaur police academy is new SSP of Barnala in place of Pramjit Singh Grewal who is also without any posting. Pawan Kumar Rai SP CID Amritsar will replace SSP Jalandhar Arpit Shukla who is appointed SP specialk intelligence at Chandigarh. |
