CHANDIGARH:  Rajinder Kaur Bhattal President Punjab Pradesh Congress has constituted Legal Cell of Pradesh Congress to take up the cases of   atrocities being committed on Congressmen by the Akali BJP Congress with Nasib Singh Gill former Deputy Speaker, Harchand Singh Barsat and  Kuljit Singh Sidhu Senior Advocate as its patrons.

According to S. Raj Pal Singh General Secretary Punjab Congress the PCC President  Smt. Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has appointed S. Harpreet Singh Gharuan as its Chairman while S. Gurjit Singh Bal of Amritsar, S. Daljit Singh Saini of Ropar, Sh. Shiv Kumar Kalyan of Samrala and Sh. B.M. Singh of Patiala as Vice Chairmen of the Cell.  In addition following General Secretaries of Legal Cell  have also been appointed:-

Premjit Singh Dhaliwal of Moga,  Aman Sibia of Sangrur,  Iqbal Singh Gill of Barnala,  Ramesh Grover of Moga, Sh. Dushyant Ohri of Hoshiarpur,  Jasjit Singh of Mohali,  Gaurav Bhaiya Ferozepur and Rana Harjasdeep Singh of Ludhiana.

Devinder Kamboj, Hitesh Kaplish and Amandeep Saini have been appointed Treasurer, Press Secretary and Office Secretary of the Cell respectively.Appointments of following Secretaries of Legal Cell have also been approved by the Pradesh Congress President:-

Ashwani Puri Gurdaspur, Rahul Rupal Moga, Navdeep Changli Sangrur, Rajiv Sharda Ludhiana, Ranjit Aulakh Amritsar and Neeraj Luthra Jalandhar.

Raj Pal Singh said further that these Office Bearers have been directed to immediately take up cases of their areas at appropriate level to ensure administration of justice to the victims of political vendetta.
