CHANDIGARH: As many as 23 CNG buses including seven low floor air conditioned CNG buses of Haryana Roadways would be plying from Gurgaon to Delhi, Bahadurgarh and Faridabad from tomorrow and the number of buses plying between Gurgaon and Delhi would be increased for the benefit of commuters.
While giving this information here today, a spokesman of the Haryana Roadways Department said that these buses would be plying from 6 am to 10 pm daily from Gurgaon and would cover Safdarjang Terminal, Bahadurgarh, Ballabhgarh, ISBT, Karolbagh, Nehru Palace, ITO and Dushera Ground in Delhi. He said that both the air conditioned and normal CNG buses would cover 46 routes. The air conditioned buses have been assigned 14 routes including eight routes for Karolbag, two routes for Shivaji Stadium and four routes for Safdarjang terminal via All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) and Mehroli. He said the remaining 32 routes have been allotted to normal CNG buses which included six routes for Safdarjang terminal via Mehroli and AIMS, other six routes from Gurgaon to Bahadurgarh. Similarly, four routes for Ballabhgarh via Badkhal, four routes for ISBT via Ajmeri Gate, four routes for Karol Bagh, two routes for Nehru place, four routes for ITO and two routes have been fixed for Dushera Ground via Mehroli. |
