PATIALA : Y.S.Ratra, Chairman PSEB informed that keeping in view the demands of various kissan unions  Board has decided to release connections to all applicants under general category who have applied for tubewell connection up to 31-3-1990  and their test reports have been received .

Ratra disclosed that orders have been given to release all such connections up to 31-3-2009. He hoped that the farmers , who have been waiting so long for tubewell connections will get immediate relief with this decision.
