CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Government has constituted "Small Scale Industry Development Board" to make and implement policies for the development of Small Scale Industry in Punjab.

This was disclosed by the official spokesman of the Industry Department Punjab here today the first meeting of Small Scale Industry Development Board will be held under the Chairmanship of Sh. Inderjit Singh Pardhan on 8-9-2008 at 12.00 Noon in the Committee Room of PSIDC, Udyog Bhawan, Sector 17-B, Chandigarh to discuss the report of UNIDO and finalise suitable recommendations to the State Government for the same, he added.
