PHAGWARA: Hundreds of Hindu Actvists belonging to RSS, BJP, VHP, Shiv sena and Cow Development Cell of BJP Friday threatened to intensify the stir including Goraya Bandh in first phase, if entire staff of Goraya Police including SHO who dealt casialy in a cow slaughtering case in nearby village Rurrka Khurad were not suspended immediately.

Talking to newsmen in the sealed factory premises this afternoon, RSS Senior Stalwarts Davinder Gupta and Madanjit Singh, Cow Development Cell of BJP National Convenor Radhey Sham Gupta, Sunil Sehgal Divisional Convenor Dharam Jagran Manch,BJP Leader Vijay Sampla and Shiv Sena Leader Pawan Parbhakar, who alongwith their other activists visited the sealed factory and examined the site and sealed container having 17 tonnes of the cattle meat which they alleged as "Beef".

Heavy Police was deputed in the factory premises and Phillaur DSP Rajinder Singh Sohal himself was supervising the security arrangements. Visiting Leaders demanded high level CBI enquiry to expose the international racket of cow slaughtering running in this small town.

Radhey Sham Gupta National Convenor of BJP Cow Development Cell told newsmen that a high level delegation will meet Punjab Chief Minister parkash singh Badal on tomorrow September 6 at 8.30AM at CMs residence in Chandigarh.He warned that hindu organization could start coutry wide agitation,if the international racket could not be exposed and all accused could not be punished accordingly. 

Meanwhile Phillaur DSP Rajinder Singh shoal told that samples of cattle meat sealed by the police have been accepted by Mathura Veternity University Mathura today for DNA tests and the report could be finalized within next ten days,which could confirm whether the sealed meat was of buffaloe or beef.On the other hand both alleged accused including Chatha Foods Processing Private Ltd goraya Managing Director Gurpreet Singh Chatha and manager Gurwinder Singh who were arrested on Sept 1 under section 420/295/and 120B of the IPC and Cow Slaughtering Act were again produced before Phillaur Judicial Magistrate who sent them in Judicial custody till September 17.

It may be mentioned here that police unearthed a suspected cattle slaughter factory in nearby village Rurrka Khurad,arrested both accused and seized 17 tonnes of raw meat.Protesting Organisations were alleging that cows were being slaughtered and beef was being sold under the nose of police,while the factory was purchasing beef from barabanki in UP and exporting it to Jorden after its processing.
