LUDHIANA: Auction of pocket no. 1. Old Distric Court , Ludhiana measuring 17425 Sq. Yds(3.60 acres) was held Friday at PUDA office complex, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana under the Chairmanship of Sumer singh Gurjar, Deputy Commissioner.
S.R.Kaler ADA PUDA informed that as a result of massive response six reputed companies participated in the auction namely LIC of India, AERENR Enterprise, TATA Realty and Infrastructure (P) Ltd., M/s Best City Relation India (P) Ltd., M/s Malhotra Land Developers (P) Ltd. and Inderpreet Singh Chadha. The site has been sold out to LIC of India the highest bidder at the price of Rs. 1,31,000/- per sq.yds against reserve price of Rs. 1,00,000/- per sq.yds. The site was auctioned with total amount of Rs. 228.26 crore which is 31% increase on the reserve price of Rs. 174.25, he added.
Prink Bharti ADC(D), Ludhiana, Hardev Singh ACA(Project) PUDA, Sh. S.K. Handa, Chief Accounts Officer, PUDA, Mohali and Sh. Jeet Ram Estate Office were also present. |
