Shveta Tiwari CHANDIGARH:  "Aaja Mahi Vay is a reality show where real life unmarried couples would be seen competing with each other and after the end of the show they might marry each other, as it will become more easier for them to understand their partners in better aspects because marriage is not an agreement but a promise for seven births," stated Shveta Tiwari, the gorgeous television actress.

She was in the city, along with the anchor of the show Vineet and two of the participant couples, on Sunday.

She said, "I am enjoying the new status of a judge right now as I have myself paritcipated in the reality dance show as a competitent and use to think how we have been marked but now I realise it is more difficult as the career of the pariticipant is at a stake."

On being asked that she is actually not a dancer who can mark any one she claimed, "I am not a dancer but before joining the show I did my homwork well by reading books and watching various dance CDs to comment on any topic as I can not speak about anything what I don't know."

About one of the Mohali-based participant Rashmi, whose father has said that he will end his relation with his daughter as they dislike the boy with whom she is participating, she mentioned that everybody is well informed that the programme is based on the real couples who might get married at the end of the show and it is the show where they are being helped so that they can convincing themselves as well as their parents for the right partner and the dispute is within their family and nothing to do with the show if their parents are not convinced.

Vineet, anchor of the show and one of the participant of the reality show Sa re ga ma and Super Star Ki Khoj said, "I am a singer and will definitely go for it but right now I am trying to explore whatever comes in my way and I am enjoying the status."

About his singing he said, "My career is going well as I am singing for 'Dasha Vataram', a Kamal Hassan film, to be made in Hindi, Tamil and Telgu and also my album will be coming soon." "I would also like to try my hand in acting," the upcoming singer claimed.

The participant couples Tahira and Jashanpreet Kohli and Manit and Maanika were more then exited for the show.

Tahira and Jashan who hails from the city said that they they don't have any dance background but still they are managing the same and would like to act in serials or movies once the show is complete. "We are happy because our parents like us as a couple. We don't have any villain in our love story as it is not necessary to have the same everywhere," mentioned Jashan.

Ditto is with Maanika, (who was born in Chandigarh but brought up in Ludhiana settled in Mumbai now) and Manit from Delhi. They both are pursuing their careers in modelling and wana carry it further.
