CHANDIGARH: Presiding over the meeting of State and District Office Bearers and Block Organizers of Punjab Congress Seva Dal here Tuesday Mohinder Singh Kay Pee President Punjab Pradesh Congress said that party was all geared up for the coming Parliamentary elections.
He sid that Party expected vital role from Congress Seva Dal which is the most important Frontal Organization of the Party. Kay Pee said that Party will fight the communal and divisive forces gathered under the banner of Bhartiya Janta Party and Shiromani Akali Dal in Punjab and will win all the 13 seats in the State. He said Seva Dal volunteer should fan out in their respective areas and educate people about the programmes and policies of the Congress Government and the benefits of Nuclear Deal with America with special reference to the negative role played by the Shiromani Akali Dal in the Parliament in this regard. Tarlochan Singh General Secretary PPCC stressed the need to highlight misdeeds of Akali BJP Government in the State and atrocities on Congress workers during the Akali rule. Welcoming the Chief Guest Rajinder Rasrania Chief Organizer of the Congress Seva Dal thanked Smt. Sonia Gandhi who had chosen Kay Pee to head the Party in the State at a very crucial time. He said the workers and leaders of the Party are united under one banner and the command of Shri Mohinder Singh Kay Pee who has emerged as leader of all sections of the society. According to Raj Pal Singh General Secretary Media In charge of Pradesh Congress, Pritam Singh Bhatti Additional Chief Organizer and Mukesh Dhaliwal Mahila Chief Organizer of the Punjab Congress Seva Dal also spoke on the occasion while a troop of the Congress Seva Dal presented guard of Honour to the President Punjab Pradesh Congress Mohinder Singh Kay Pee. |
