PATIALA : Former chief minister Capt. Amarinder Singh and chairman of campaign committee has returned Patiala on saturday evening after almost spent one month in abroad and new Delhi.

Sources said that Capt. Singh was received by very few DCC office bearers of Patiala district at his private residence New Moti Bagh Palace.

All attempts to contact Capt. Singh were failed as he did not respond to any call. Capt. Singh has gone to United Kingdom for his medical checkup on September 10. During his absence from Patiala and state Punjab Chief Minister Paraksh Singh Badal held about 65 meetings in the name of Sangat Darshans to a bid to woo people of his constituency.
