CHANDIGARH: The 700 crores pharma giant, Ind-Swift Ltd has secured Bhartiya Udyog Rattan Award by the National Education & Human Resource Development Organization (NEHRDO) for its outstanding contribution to the society and national development.

O.P. Thapliyal, Head, HR, received the award on the behalf of Ind Swift Ltd at Mumbai last week, a press release said on Tuesday.

The aforesaid award was conferred by the Hon’ble Education Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Vasant Purake. NHRDO is a national social charitable organization working for national development.

The  others personalities  who were awarded includes Ms. Sushmita Sen(Actress), Mr.Manmaujee(Actor) , Mr. Rajkumar( Co-ordinator , Hindustani  Prachar  Sabha) , Dr. Rohidas  Waghmare (Joint Co-ordinator, World Bank Project), Mr.Suresh Sharma (Memory Guru), Mr. Dinesh Vohra (International Motivator), Mr.Dev Malhotra and Mr.Makarand Deshpande etc.

O.P. Thapliyal has been awarded on behalf of Ind Swift Ltd during seminar on ‘Individual Achievements, Intellectual Excellence & National Development at Ravindra Natya Mandir, Near Siddhivinayak Temple, Mumbai.

It is to be mentioned that just few days back Ind Swift Ltd was awarded ‘Punjab Rattan Award’ by All  India Conference of Intellectuals held at PGI, Chandigarh, Dr. Gopal Munjal received the award on the behalf of Ind Swift Ltd.
        
Thapliyal, who hails from Dehradun, is heading HR Department of Ind-Swift since 10 years, PG in Management & Law Graduate, Thapliyal has been providing successful leader in Ind-Swift Ltd, the second largest Pharma group of North India.
