Four persons including to teenagers die in road accident

PHAGWARA: Two Carborne Teenaged yoth were Tuesday killed on the spot in a collission between their Esteem Car and a speeding truck near village Birr Bansian on Rurrkakalan--Sanghdhesian road near Goraya.



Both the deceased identified as Ishwar(18) and Maninder(18) of Rurrka Kalan were going to Village Sanghdhesian in their Esteem Car number PB-10AW-2107, when a speeding truck number HR-68A-1818 coming from opposite side collided with their car. Both Youths died on the spot.Police has registered a case,impounded the truck and arrested the truck .

One Woman Mrs Nisha of nearby village Biring was killed on the spot while her scooterist husband Sikandar Kumar and son Adarsh sustained serious injuries, when the Scooter on which they were coming to Phagwara was hit by a speeding truck near Village Mehtan between Phagwara and Chiherru on national highways today.Police has registered a case against truck driver who sped away after the accident.

In another mishap one Goraya resident  Scooterist Harsh Kumar and his pillion rider wife were seriously injured when their scooter on which they were riding was hit by a speeding vehicle near Goraya today. All injured were admitted in local civil hospital.
