CHANDIGARH: Tikshan Sud , Medical Education and Research Minister Punjab took a strong exception to the uncalled for act of the Junior doctors of Amritsar who have forcibly locked the OPD, operation theater and had put the patients, their relatives and public to inconvenience.
In a statement he said that despite of the fact that a meeting was convened with the representatives of Junior Doctors Association by the top brass of Medical Education and Research Department that included Minister himself, Secretary, Director and Principals of Medical Colleges, Patiala and Amritsar.
The Minister further said that the representatives were assured that their demands will be considered sympathetically.
