FATEHGARH SAHIB: A  decomposed body of a young woman was found lying in the millet fields at  village Salani of district Fatehgarh Sahib. Bhag Singh and Swaran Singh, both brothers and residents of the same village, noticed the body in the fields and informed the village  Sarpanch  Raghbinder Singh, who  informed the  Amloh police.

The body was taken to  Civil Hospital, Amloh  but  the condition of the body was so bad that post-mortem could not be performed in the hospital. The case was referred to the Civil Surgeon, Fatehgarh Sahib, for its further referral to the Medical College, Patiala, for post-mortem.
