PATIALA : Indian Overseas Congress Europe and NRI Sabha Europe has urged Union state minister Preneet Kaur for external affairs to use her good offices for scratching  of Black list prepared for NRIs Punjaibes.

A ten member deputation met her on Wednesday and apprised her regarding the difficulties faced by them for getting visas for their own country.
 
The initiative taken by the Kaur has been greatly appreciated by various organizations in India and abroad including Indian Overseas Congress in E.U. and NRI Sabha in Europe.
 
Surinder Singh Rana, President of NRI Sabha (Europe), Sajan Singh Virdi president Belgium. Sukhbiur Singh Sandhu- President Germany, Balwinder Singh Gurdaspuria-President Germany, Balbir Singh Mander- Presidnet UK, Karamjit Singh Dhillon-Member Italy, Baldev Singh –General Secretary France, Sukhwinder Singh of Norway etc. who met her have expressed special gratitude to the Minister for the cooperation extended in resolving this passport issue in Italy.
 
 They demanded that those passport facilities which were given to Italy should be extended to Holland, Belgium, Spain, France and Germany. The Indian who have been residing in these countries have already applied for Indian passports for last three years and no body has lent their ear to them, they lamented.
