CHANDIGARH: Haryana Government has issued the posting and transfer orders of 14 IAS and one HCS officers with immediate effect.

R.R.Jowel, State Transport Controller, Haryana and Special Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Transport Department had been posted as Director, Agriculture, Haryana and Special Secretary to Government, Haryana, Agriculture Department while Vivek Joshi, Managing Director, HARTRON and Special Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Electronics & Information Technology Department and Director, Electronics & Information Technology, Haryana has been posted as Additional Director, HIPA, Gurgaon against a vacant post.

Sudhir Rajpal, Managing Director, Haryana Cooperative Supply and Marketing Fed. Ltd. (HAFED) has been appointed as Special Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Personnel, Training, Vigilance and Parliamentary Affairs Departments, Director, Training, Haryana (ex-officio) and Inquiry Officer, Vigilance, Haryana against vacant post. Ankur Gupta, Special Secretary to Government, Haryana, Finance Department has been given the charge of Managing Director, HARTRON and Special Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Electronics & Information Technology Department and Director, Electronics & Information Technology, Haryana.

Similarly, Anil Malik, Director, Agriculture, Haryana and Special Secretary to Government, Haryana, Agriculture Department has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Cooperative Supply and Marketing Fed. Ltd. (HAFED) and Chief Administrator, Haryana Agriculture Marketing Board, Panchkula during the leave period of Avtar Singh.  Balwan Singh, Special Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Animal Husbandry and Administrative Reforms Departments has been appointed as Special Secretary to Government, Haryana, Revenue & Disaster Management-II Department and Director, Consolidation of Holdings, Director, Land Records, Haryana,  Special Collector (HQ) and Special LAO, Haryana against a vacant posts.

M.S.Sehrawat, Deputy Commissioner, Mewat at Nuh has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh against a vacant post. Neelam Pradeep Kasni, Director, Women and Child Development, Haryana and Joint Secretary to Government, Haryana, Women and Child Development Department has been posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Haryana, Finance Department and Director, Institutional Finance  and Credit Control, Haryana.

Ramesh Krishan, Director, Social Justice and Empowerment and Welfare of SCs and BCs, Haryana and Joint Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Social Justice and Empowerment and Welfare of SCs & BCs Departments has been appointed as Director, Women and Child Development and Joint Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, in addition to his present assignments. Pradeep Kasni, Additional Director (Admn.), Agriculture, Haryana has been posted as Joint Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Animal Husbandry Department and Managing Director, CONFED.

On promotion to IAS W.S.Goyat has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Panipat.  Vikas Yadav has been posted as Additional Director, Urban Estate, Panchkula against a vacant post. Balraj Singh has been posted as ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Sonepat.  Ashok Sangwan, posted as ADC-cum-CEO,DRDA, Panchkula.

Similarly, Subh Ram Vashista, HCS, Secretary, Haryana Agriculture Marketing Board, Panchkula has been given the charge of Controller, Printing & Stationery, Haryana.
