CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal greeted the Punjabis especially the Muslim brethren on the eve of Id-ul-Zuha.
In his message on Friday, Badal said “Id-ul-Zuha evokes feeling of brotherhood, charity and empathy for the needy and the underprivileged.
Let us, reaffirm our resolve to further strengthen the spirit of brotherhood, unity of cultural bonds and national integration”.
Badal appealed the people to celebrate the festival collectively by rising above petty considerations of caste, colour, creed and religion.
Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal also greeted the people of Punjab on the eve of Bakrid.
