CHANDIGARH: The Fatehgarh Sahib District Cricket Association will conduct trials to select the under-16 cricket team at Municipal Committee (Dushera Ground) near market committee, Mandi Gobindgarh on December 7 at 2 p.m.

Selected boys will represent the district in the under-16 Punjab Inter-District Cricket Tournament being organized by Punjab Cricket Association from December 25.
 
Boys born on or before September 1, 2010 are eligible to participate. Boys are advised to bring their original date of birth certificate alongwith eligibility proof. Accordingly to FSDCA secretary Sanjiv Aggarwal the district will participate in all the age group tournaments i.e. under -19, under -22, and Katoch Shield Trophy apart from under -16.

In order to prepare the under -16 team a 15- day coaching cum competition camp will be organized. Date for the selection trials for under -19 will be announced shortly. For further details please contact Sanjiv Aggarwal (Mob. No. 99151-43073).
