CHANDIGARH: To build futuristic leaders with global mindset, we need to focus on knowledge, skills, attitude & discipline. India is a Gurukul of education in the world especially in South East Asia.



But somewhere, Indians are lacking in self discipline & Team work. We have to improve upon on our deficiencies. We have to guide our generation from the very young age. The role of parents, school, teachers, community leaders & media is very important to build global leaders.

This was said by  D.K. Bakshi (Executive Director, Indo Thai Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok) while delivering a talk on “Building Leader with Global Mindset” organized by Aryans Business School (ABS) in association with Chandigarh Management Association (CMA). Col. Karamjit Singh, President, CMA & Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, ABS presided over the function. Dr.Gulshan Sharma (Vice Chairman, CMA) &  J.N.Vohra (General Secretary, CMA) were also present on the occasion.

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, ABS, emphasized on goal setting, interpersonal skills, effective communication, self-motivation and positive attitude. Col.Karamjit singh, President CMA said that Organizations that ignore the global mindset do so at their own peril. The ones that most effectively develop this quality in their employees - particularly senior leaders - will have a distinct advantage over their competitors.

Prof D.C.kataria; Dr. (Mrs.) Parveen Kataria; Dr. K. K. Mangla; Dr.D.P.Singh; Dr.Manjit Kalra; Dr. A.S. Balgir & Sh.A.K.Gandhi were also present.
