DERA BASSI: Two Police men, Jarnail Singh s/o Ran Singh resident of Haripur Hinduan and Raj Kumar s/o Salig Ram resident of Bijad pur both aged 39 years died in road accident near Village Devi Nagar (Dera Bassi) on Thursday.

They were posted in Lalru Police Station. They were back to their home on motor cycle at 12 :30 night after duty from police station Lalru town. A 18 tyre long truck hit their motor cycle from rear side and truck driver fled away  from the scene with truck . Policemen injured badly on head. Passerby bring them to Civil hospital Dera Bassi where doctors declared them “ brought Dead”
 
Meanwhile,a Maruti Car Zen PB 10 AL 4226 overturned in ditch of Delhi - Chandigarh under construction road near Dera Bassi. No one was injured.
