In today’s world there is a lot of materialistic development going on in India and somewhere in all this we Indians are losing are true values. Most of us have forgotten that we are a country on whose land have lived the true self realised masters like lord Krishna, Rama, Nanak ji, Atmadas ji, Baba ji and many more, we have forgotten their teachings.

We have become so absolved in making money that we don’t realise how much harm we are doing to our children. If our children grow up and don’t respect us, drink liquor, have drugs or in extreme cases even raise their hand on their parents it is not them but us parents who are to be blamed.

We are to be blamed because from a very small age a child sees everyone around him running just after money, we even encourage are children and try to turn them into a money making machine, we try to make them as materialistic as possible, we get happy to find out that our children are fast enough to fool others to take forward their own interests.

We have to realise that if we just want money with money comes lust, greed, liquor, drugs and no satisfaction ask yourself how many are satisfied today but if we teach our children to develop their love for god then they can earn money and be good people both because Laxhmi (Godess of wealth) will reside permanently with happiness all around only where there is Narian (God / the lord), ask yourself how can the wife stay happily without her husband in somebody’s house or heart so if we want our children to have materialistic benefits along with happiness and we want them to respect us when they grow up then we must teach them to how to meditate on God like my Guru Swami Krishnanand ji has taught me.
