FATEHGARH SAHIB: The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, which is an autonomous body created under the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992, will conduct Joint Entrance Test (JET) on May 22 for admissions to various diploma coursed being run in the institutions affiliated to the Board.
According to information received, around 150 centers will be set up for conducting the test in Punjab and adjoining states. The syllabus for the test is broadly based upon the syllabus prescribed for Matriculations Examination
It is expected that the result of the test will be declared in first week of June.. Suresh Kumar, chairman of the Board informed that the board will make elaborate arrangement to conduct the test in a transparent way.
