CHANDIGARH: Who will be the next Chief Minister of Punjab ? This question would be answered within next few hours. The counting of votes to elect 13th state legislature assembly has started. The race to occupy the CM slot is between SAD president and three time CM Parkash Singh Badal and present Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh of Congress party.
