CHANDIGARH: Warning !April 26 is 'Computer Virus Day' and it is expected that millions of computers world wide may be attacked by deadly virus.

Owners of most of the computer centres and personal computers in Chnadigarh are also expected to keep their computers switched off on April 26 fearing the 'invasion' of virus.

Randhir Singh, owner of a sector 34 based computer center said he had disconnected all his PCs to save them from possible attack on April 26 . He had earlier suffered   loss  when around four to six  PCs run by him were virtually paralyzed for two  due to virus attack.

Referring to information received from available data on the subject, an expert  claimed that computers had got affected on the same day many   years back and since then some virus had been getting activated on the same day every year. The complaints of virus attack have already started pouring, a hard ware engineer said.

arlier, love bug virus had interrupted the functioning of a large number of PCs. ''Having received message with slug I love you everybody was tempted to open the e-mail, explained a computer expert.
