CHANDIGARH: Punjab government Thursday appointed D.S.Jaspal IAS under transfer as Principal Secretary Cultural Affairs as Principal Secretary Transport in place of Ravinder Singh Sandhu who has been posted in department of defence services welfare.

D.S.Kalha Principal Secretary Finance has also been given additional charge of Cultural Affairs and archeology departments. Narinderjit Singh Secretary Social security and development of women and child has also been given additional charge of welfare of SC's and BC's.

Hari Krishan Nagpal PCS available for posting has been appointed Joint Secretary Health and Family welfare against vacant post.
