Fatehgarh Sahib press club team installed

FATEHGARH SAHIB: The installation ceremony of Fatehgarh Sahib Press Club(Regd) was held at Bachat Bhawan here on Friday.

Jasvir Singh Uppal, the newly elected president of the club, said that club had been constituted to take up the issues and problems being faced by the media persons with the state government.

The meeting was attended by a number of journalists representing various print and electronic media. Bahadurjit Singh, President Press Club, Ropar, Anil Bhardwaj, president Mohali Press Club and senior journalist Surinder Singh from Chandigarh extended logistic support to the newly formed body of the journalists.
