PANCHKULA(Haryana): The Panchkula District Cricket Association (affiliated with Haryana Cricket Association ) has selected 38 players for the camp in preparation forparticipation in the Haryana State Inter-Ddistrict Cricket ( under-15 ) Championship starting on August 11 being organised by the Haryana Cricket Association..
According to Sandeep Moudgil , secretary of the association, around 60 players took part in the trials. Most encouraging aspect was attendence of more than 25 paticipants in the medium pacers category out of which best 15 have been picked to closely checked and fine tuned with an eye on the future.
A special session for physical fitness will be organised in the morning along with tunning in the fielding department being the most essential part of the game. A schedule has been worked out to give the players match practice in order to improve metal toughness so that players learn to perform under pressure at this stage of carrier itself. The selected players are : Ankush Dhariwal, Naman Prasher, Deepak Kataith, Vishu Sharma, Sajid Nagrath, Pranav Nanda, Gaurav Singh, Yashasvi Singh, Gurprabhjot , Chahat Gandhi, Shasya Shekhar, Gaurav Tandon, Rahul Mahajan, Akhil Verma, Ashish Sharma. Navdeep Boora, Rizal Chabra,Jatin Gupta, Lovnish, Karan Gupta, Saurav Vaswani, Shubham Bharti, Khushdeep Sharma, Ranbir Singh, Himanshu Charat,Vishwas Kathak, Arun Kumar Chandel, Tarunpreet Singh, Ravi Kumar , Sidarth Bhasin, Varun Kaushal, Ajay Mahendiratta,Navdeep Malik, Wamil Vashisth, Joydeep Bose, Tushar Pasricha Kunal And Chankya Batta.
The selected players shall report to Surinder Singh and Vinay Dhir at 6 am on 30th JuLy, for traning at D.C.Model School, Sector -7, Panchkula. |
