FATEHGARH SAHIB:  Additional District and  Session  Judge here on Monday granted bail to Shiromani Akali Dal(Amritsar) senior vice president and Khalsa Action Committee co-convenor Daljit Singh Bittu.

Earlier the Judge on Saturday reserved the orders on the bail application for August 20 and today Bittu was granted bail on furnishing bond of Rs 40,000. 

It may be mentioned here that police arrested Daljit Singh Bittu on July 22 , who was wanted in a sedition case registered on May 31 against him and his associates for raising provoking slogans during a protest held against the chief of Dera Sacha Sauda in Fatehgarh Sahib.
