Amarinder seeks transfer of corruption case against Badal outside Punjab Print E-mail

PATIALA: Former Chief Minster Capt. Amarinder Singh has Wednesday again demanded to transfer all the cases pertaining to corruption of Badal's family and  cases registered against him in alleged city centre scam should be transferred to CBI.

 

On behalf of Capt. Amarinder Singh, a  spokesman of New Moti Bagh and OSD to former chief Minister, Major Amardeep Singh said here  that former chief minister has already cleared his view point that Vigilance has been playing in the hands of Parkash Singh Badal and it was quite evident that how all the witnesses has hostile in the case registered against Badal's family in disproportionate assets case. 

Reacting the news item published in the section of press that Punjab Government has planned to move Supreme Court for the cancellation of bail of royal family in city centre scam, Major Amardeep Said Parkash Singh Badal has been indulging in political vendetta politics. 

Major Amardeep Singh said that Punjab Government should transfer Badal's case outside Punjab and witnesses should be cross examined there again so that truth will surfaced to everyone. He said that witnesses have been threatening to hostile in Badal's family case.
