Respected Sir, I am a B.Pharma from Gulbarga Uuniversity,Gulbarga.I have worked in pharma production for the past 4 years.I had got approval as Analytical chemist from Drug control Dept, chandigarh by working in Pharma cure labs,Jalandhar.
The problem is that when i wanted to get the approval in Manufacturing Dept and have completed working as Assistant Manufacturing Chemist for 24 months(18 months needed for approval as Manufacturing Chemist in a drug manufacturing unit).I asked the owner of Pharma Labs to give me a experience certificate so i could apply for the approval,he refused and instead gave the certificate as a part time worker in his Factory on Honourary basis.Do you think sir, a person in a technical field and that too in a Drug manufacturing facility could work as a part time worker on the post of Assistant Manufacturing chemist in the Factory.I have all the relevant documents like Joining,Resigation with me and the record is also with the Districr drug inspector office and Drug Control Dept. Chandigarh. Please tell me where i can get Justice? MANMOHAN SINGH Editor writes: You may contact Punjab Health Minister Tikshan Sud or Medical Education Secretary Jagjit Puri. Please write to them and wait for reply. I am also sending a copy of your mail to Secretary Medical education. Satinder Bains |
