FATEHGARH SAHIB: The police has arrested former Shiv Sena Hindustan district Fatehgarh Sahib president Chander Parkash Nagpal and his son Akashdeep Nagpal.

As per information, a case was registered against father and son following complaint of Jaswinder Singh, who alleged that he had taken land on lease and the father and son tried to encroach the land by constructing a Gaushalla on it.  The police has registered a case under section 447,448,435,188 of the IPC. Chander Parkash is presently working as Organising Secretary of Shiv Sena Hindustan.
