CHANDIGARH: President, Punjab Pradesh Congress & Leader of Opposition Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has called an emergent meeting of Congress MLAs and Senior Leaders on Saturday, 1st December, 2007 at 11.00 am at Punjab Congress Bhawan, Sector – 15A, Chandigarh to deliberate on the unfortunate and sensitive issue of installation of portrait of Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale in Sikh Museum at Harmandar Sahib, Amritsar by the SGPC.
