GURGAON:Azad Yaday whose son used his gun for killing his classmate at a school here on Friday.
The police has registered a case against him under the Arms Act for negligence in handling the revolver which was used in killing a 14 year old eighth class student. The Deputy Commissioner of police Satish Balan stated that he must not have allowed his child to steal the revolver and take it to school. Meanwhile, police have also found that Yadav did not have a license for the weapon and He was granted the permission only for a double barrel gun," Commissioner of Police Mohinder Lal said. On the other hand Yadav, said that the U.S.-made .32 gun belonged to his neighbour. . .
