CHANDIGARH: UT Finance Secretary,Sanjay Kumar, released a book on poetry entitled "Talash zindagi Ki Khandraharon Mein" written by a famous Hindi writer and Educationist Dr. Dharm Sarup Gupt in a function here Monday.

This is the second edition of the book.

Congratulating the poet, Sanjay Kumar said that poetry is near the heart of all people and encourage the masses to do the best in life. Director Public Relations, UT, Vivek Atray and Director Public Instruction (S) S. K. Setia were the guests of honour.

They also expressed their views on the poetry of Dr. D.S. Gupt.

Prem Vij, renowned Hindi writer, conducted the function. On this occasion, among others were present Mr. and Mrs. Charles Samuel, Principal Mount Carmel School, Madhu Behl, Principal KBDAV School, Dr. Meera Modi, Principal Dev Samaj college of Women,Rakesh Sachdeva, Principal DAV Public School, Dr. V.N. Singh, Ms. Jaskiran Harike, Principal, DAV Public School, Bhupinder Singh, former Principal, Government College of Commerce,Sushila Bansal and Mr. Kishore Bansal and Subhash Bhaskar, a writer in Punjabi.
