The company issued post dated cheque of Rs 8 lakh, which was bounced later on October 23, 2007 as signatures were different from specimen signatures in bank . After receiving the complaint, the SSP marked the enquiry to Fatehgarh Sahib DSP and DSP in his enquiry report recommended registration of case against Tejinder Singh.
