KARACHI: A group of 23 Indian fishermen arrested for allegedly fishing illegally in Pakistan's waters were sent to jail by a court here Wednesday.

The fishermen, who were arrested by the Maritime Security Agency Tuesday, were produced in the court Wednesday.

Their two boats were also seized.
